Shipping policy

  • We currently offer two types of order fulfillment depending on the product:

Local Delivery (Raw Food Only)

  • Raw food products are available for local delivery only to select Ontario communities. These deliveries are made on a scheduled basis and require advanced ordering. Customers must follow the current delivery calendar and place orders online at least 5 days in advance.

  • Delivery fee is $25, payable in cash to the driver at the time of delivery

  • Raw food orders must be paid online in advance (excluding the delivery fee)

  • Meeting locations and times vary by region and are posted on our Local Delivery Information page

  • If there are any changes to delivery schedules, updates will be posted on our Facebook page or emailed directly to those effected.

Canada-Wide Shipping (Non-Perishable Products)

  • We ship select items — including treats, supplements, and toys — across Canada using standard courier services. These items are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped

  • We do not currently ship raw or frozen products
